Yes basically a pattern but not perfect dots. It doesnt look too natural, but many plants and animals have far more intricate and colorful patterns.

Ive seen two in 4 years. Its such a mess in the parasite folder in CZ images. Ill post Kilos images here soon unless he pms me to ask me not to. Same stuff.
