Re: I had a conscious revelation today about fish...

This post is a bit off-topic, should really be in the vegan/vegetarian debate, but since you posted here I'll respond. I am not a fan of the paleo diet, but I am also not a fan of the vegan diet as a one-size-fits all diet for all humans. I do think that a lot of people can thrive on vegetarian or vegan diets, and the people that do well on these type of diets are those people that have a very gentle and divine nature. However, there are other people like me that may strive for non-violence but not have the constitution that is fit for a vegetarian or vegan diet. On a vegetarian diet my immunity was impaired and many other problems developed.

My entire diet philosophy is to dispose of all dogma and one-size-fits all diets, including paleo and vegetarian/vegan diets, among all other one-size-fits all diets. While each of those may work for some people, they are not an ideal diet for all humans.

Some of the biggest advocates of vegetarianism are in India, but if you look at the ancient texts of traditional Indian medicine, they teach that animal products can have medicinal properties and can be extremely beneficial for certain types of people. Traditional Chinese Medicine and other ancient medicines also have similar teachings.

The fact is, some people need to eat meat and it doesn't make us awful terrible people. The key is we should not eat more than we need to obtain optimal health. Overall, people do probably eat way more meat than is necessary to be healthy and this should be avoided. That is why I am really not a fan of the paleo diet because it encourages eating to many animal products, when people are already eating too many animal products.

'I am not preaching paleos,i am speaking through experience and through my consciousness.'

That is fine; I won't argue with that, but that truth and that experience is for you. When you start to preach it to others then it becomes dogma.
