Things I would recommend to everyone - daily use of ACV and coconut oil, use of bone broth regularly, total and complete elimination of gluten from the diet, elimination or near elimination (depending on your triggers) of dairy, soy, factory farmed animal products, and processed foods, use of Iodine protocol, large reduction in Sugar consumption. What I would recommend to some - LDN (helped me a lot in the beginning, don't take it anymore), T3 only protocol (most do best on a T3/T4 combo in the form of pig glandulars, but I didn't. T3 only was a godsend and not often talked about). I also stay away from Antibiotics and putting chemicals on my skin or in my food. :)
