It's hard to tell.

When I passed my liver fluke, it looked like a flat mushroom. I had no idea what it was until I looked at parasite pictures. At first, I was totally freaked out, but then it was amazing to me that I had taken control of my body and told that critter "NO MORE FREELOADING!" Tweet
