One gram vitamin ‘C’ 3 times a day may or may not induce menstrual period. A lot of research brought confusion and no clear cut answer. Parsley boiled in water will not work for heat destroys vitamin ‘C’. Could boiled parsley induce menstrual period? The one sure thing, ‘C’ will enhance health and may prevent colds and flu.
