Has anyone successfully treated pinworm??

Can someone tell me if they've successfully gotten rid of pinworm?

If so, what did you do exactly?

Does the whole family need to get treated?

How long did it take??

I've had a pin worm infection for over a year, started to treat it with Wormwood and Black-Walnut , then did a more serious 3 month cleanse with heavy duty chinese herbs, and finished off with a month round of Albenza (1 tab per week for a month). My stool test just came back positive for parasites. My new dr just prescribed Flagyl but that seems to be for bacterial infections. Please help!
