Look at Agrisept-L. My dr uses this for parasites @ 8-10 drops a day before meals, 3x a day, 3-6 mos. I suspect the duration depends on the parasite diagnosed.
The product is bitter - it is citrus seed extracts.
I have no parasite specifics myself, so can't tell you more. Just getting diagnoses/treatment planned.
