Re: Colloidal silver to kill parasite/bacterias caught when traveling ??

I don't know if manufacturers have tested their products on parasites. I have done some research to find out whether Colloidal Silver is really an effective anti-infectious agent. There is so much controversy! You know - the drug pushing faction versus the holistic and natural healing faction.

You may find it helpful to know this: ther are 4 kinds of silver marketed. You want NANO particle Colloidal Silver . This is the kind used in the American Department of Defense to test against viruses, including Ebola! (declassified report, 2009)

I know Silver Biotics and Sovereign Silver brands are this kind. Each has lab results on the websites. You could call them, like I did, with a question.

(In my case, dosage guidance for a 6mos kitten with possible FIP. Is now 3 y/o and healthy.)

Nano silver is NOT = to Colloidal Silver , or any other type. It is approved by CDC as a hospital disinfectant at 30ppm. DOD tests showed it inactivates ebola at a very safe 10ppm. - look or a vid called "None need die from ebola."

Also look for the analysis of DTRA's nano silver study:
drrimatruthreports has Analysis-of-DTRA-Nano-Silver-Study. (sorry, I can't post the full url - site blocks me)

I know this talks about a virus, and you want to know about parasites. However, the nano-silver info is relevant to choosing the effective kind, if you decide to try silver.
