constipation and acne


It is possible that you only smell sometimes, like those days you did not evacuate your bowels, or depending on what you ate the last 6 meals.

Women can also have different smell during the different parts of the menstrual cycle.

Eating junk food does not help with the the smell.
Eating junk food does not help with the constipation, or with acne.


Work on improving your diet.
Better diet = no constipation.

No constipation = no bad smell.
No constipation = no acne.
No constipation = no irregular menstrual cycle.


Foods that help prevent constipation:

1. Several apples a day, always start a day with an apple
2. plums and prunes daily help prevent constipation
3. Melons daily help too
4. Eating cooked beans
5. Eating fresh and cooked vegetables
6. Drinking more water
7. Drinking water instead of any other drinks, sodas
8. Eliminate cheese from your diet
9. Eliminate bread and flour from your diet.
10. eliminate processed foods and foods with food additives .
