Re: my TSH after 1 year iodine
iodine changes things. you have to find a dosage and stick with it. 100mg is the minimum. i calculated this amount out in my head while pouring over lots of numbers on exposure to halogens. 100mg is where life with sufficient
Iodine begins. because the other halogens? they are lighter and can displace your
Iodine with ease. what promotes the mobilization of bromine and fluorine is the OVERABUNDANCE of
Iodine to those elements int he body. a higher concentration of iodine must be maintained (re: taken daily) to counter the chemical dominance of these unwanted halogens.
'the new ranges r 0, simething to max 3,0.'
big pharma has to move product somehow. they did the same with cholesterol numbers to get more people to qualify for medication.
my tsh was 1.3 last year and 1.2 this year. i have been taking over a gram a day of iodine the whole time. not holding myself up as any kind of example other than as factual data. we have seen a lot of people over the years with high TSH numbers. they are temporary. i was rather shocked to find my numbers were normal.
