With how "right-on" you are about this Master-Cleanse thing. I have to drop 5 pounds fast, due to my marathon training. I'm suffereing from achey joints with the extra weight, so I am using the Master-Cleanse to drop the weight in hopes of the weight loss helping the training, and then the training will maintain the weight loss. I'm a size 4, so it's not like I really need to lose, but like I said, if I'm going to finish 26 miles, I have to be in perfect running weight and condition! I'm very worried that I will gain the weight back before the marathon and defeat my purpose. I appreciate your honesty and I may not do the fast after all, because there may be a better way to do this.
I'm going to fast for a few days and think about it. I need time to relax and focus and MC'ing does that for me always. Then, I'll come up with a plan. Thanks so much for your wonderful insights.
