Found this floating around in my pleghm, segments of a worm??

I have had a super nasty cough for going on two months now, I've been to the doctor for some Antibiotics to help clear it up, but it didn't work. The only reason I havent immediately gone back to see a doctor is because I do smoke, unfortunely. BUT I am not a long time smoker, I began full on smoking just within the past year. I fully understand that smoking is smoking, no matter how many or for how long, but my symptoms seem to be a little excessive for me to just chalk it up to just smoking period. Maybe not, but I am having some additional unrelated issues with other parts of my body such as: severe constipation, random nose bleeds, horrible migraines, menstrual abnormalities, strange looking infection (pus-like substance) in my tonsils/throat and that's just the short list. This is leading me to wonder if there's really something else going on.
Any feedback would be most appreciated, I'm so desperate for answers; it's driving me crazy!!!
