Re: Can Iodine/Tyrosine can trigger Hashimoto’s?

i suspect you have this all backwards. the disasters you had with supplements and herbs were clues to what was wrong. they may have been exactly what you needed which is why you got so much traction with them in the first place.

whats your MD waiting for? another appointment?

honestly, i also have several large totes full of crap i have taken. ive tried it all that i thought would help. i also learned a lot. i found that people dont usually need more, they need less - less empty food to waste energy processing, less poisonous things in our air and water and food and the stuff we put on our bodies.

then there are basic things like do you have metal in your mouth? are you oxygenated? hydrated? hows your gut flora and fauna? have you done any flushing or fasting?

being your own doctor isnt hard, or dangerous. if you inform yourself you will make good decisions. if you pay attention you will learn and get confidence.

its what you do every day that makes your health. to change your health you must change your lifestyle. little things make a big difference. like drinking only distilled water. or raising the head of the bed up 6 inches. and diet. thats a huge part of it. something about it aint right or you would be fine.

you need Iodine but you need a whole lot of other things even worse. you need to salt up. youre dehydrated. NOTHING works right when youre dehydrated. histamines rage when youre dehydrated. body temperature is lowered when youre dehydrated. metabolism is slowed when youre dehydrated. circulation and therefor oxygen is cut off to non-essential organs and tissues like the brain and skin and striated muscle when youre dehydrated.

signs of dehydration are histamine actions - coughs, sneezing, rashes, itching, ackes, pains, stiffness, swelling, excessive mucus. this is caused by lack of salt and diuretic drinks like tea and soda and coffee and beer instead of water.

you can start there or wait until youre hospitalized and they put 20 grams of salt in a day directly into your veins using an IV for to fix the problem. i prefer the oral route and staying out of those death factories.

you are misinterpreting your situation and being misinformed. you must fix those things.

be well
