is a natural herb used to treat diabete so as to regulate blood Sugar and in the light of the above link mu-shen has posted which explains that research has come to realize this herb stops candida from becoming virulent I have purchased the product and after 1 day - yesterday - I experienced intense craving ( I think I should make sure I take my 2x/day at 12 hours interval to better regulate blood sugar). So I hate only food that is okay on the diet (mostly nuts) and today I am experiencing intense die- off.
