Yes, I see from your posting history you have been through it all.
If to start iodine, I would first of all quit all supplements that is not necessary. (give us a list please)
- Start with the basics; salt, magnesium, vit C,B, selenium and iodine. Some of them are probably on your list already. Boron I highly recommend too; as you seem to have a problem with utilizing the magnesium; common problem.
Warning;
Iodine may cause a hell of a detox in some people; did with me. 3 months, of which many days I was bedridden. Going high enough with the dosages of
Iodine (scary, yes) is important; I had to exceed 60 mg of
Iodine daily until I hit this detox stage; then I took 300 mg daily at a point when I was desperate. 3-4 days; I was good. This is almost 7 years ago, still doing well.
Both
Lugols and
SSKI works. While you wait or hesitate:) I recommend reading at this forum`s R posts as a start.
