Hi,

I thought I could update my progress. I took Seriphos for 3 months and the results are following 33% lower total cortisol than before. It's still high more than 200% so I'm not feeling well yet, but I have to say that it works!

I'm on a new cycle after one month break. I will keep you guys updated how I'm after next 3 months.
