The interaction between water and magnetic forces is well know and called Diamagnetism.
Even if the phenomena is not well understood, it is believed that powerful magnets are capable of improve the properties of the water. For that the water have to be exposed to magnets for few hours; according some people, the magnet must have its north pole facing the water; according other people, with the south pole facing the water the interaction will be different, but not necessarly worst.
What will happens if we place colloidal silver (CS) over a powerful neodymium magnet for a couple of hours?
