THEORY - too much iodine makes a person crazy

Hopefully, people know what a theory is, but if not, let me briefly state that a theory is an assertion of something that may be a fact, or may not be a fact, it is sometimes an idea that is believed to possibly be a law.

Observations can be made, and experiments can be conducted, which either support or weaken a proposed theory.

I've pondered whether "too much iodine" can make a person behave "crazy".
