*Graphic* Need help identifying, ASAP

Hi All,
I need your help identifying whether these are parasites and if so, what kind. I have been taking a naturopathic remedy thanks to my homeopath after my GP insisted I most likely do not have parasites. A day after I started the Artemisinin, this showed up and I was immediately vindicated and furious with my GP. The transparent whisp on the left actually was quite long from the side and rose up about an inch and a half - the image is deceptive. It did not disintegrate after left to sit for a few minutes. Thanks for your help.
