Here we go again...this time it was worse and much more stubborn with bigger Hemorrhoid. The pain level was 7-9 out of 10 especially before and after bowel elimination.
The reason it happened is my nutrition. It was very healthy, I exercise but I don't eat bread or any other good source of fibre.
Solution: first thing in the morning, 2 cups of hot water with lemon juice w/o a tbsp apple vinegar, the first with either honey or agave syrup for sweetener and a touch of Cayenne pepper.
Breakfast: 1 tsp Psyllium, 2 tsp freshly grounded flax seed, prunes an a few other dry fruits, 1 tbsp wallnut oil, 1 tbsp Silymarin oil.
1-2 tbsp apple vinegar.
This was surprisingly tasty so I didn't have to suffer from eating too...
Juice made in my blender with Mango and/or Papaya, apple, oils listed above, Silymarin and Psyllium.
I eat even less meat than before, lowered my coffee consumption to about a cup in two days and upped my water consumption.
After every bowel movement I did a Sitz bath, twice with Epsom salt.
I use a combination of off the shelf cream that includes a large percentage of Witch-hazel cream and a cream I made with mustard oil, Curcumin and a few drops of essential oils listed above plus a few more.
My Hemorrhoid that was the size of 1/3 of my pinky finger is now just a small lump and more importantly, my bowel movement is healthy and not painful.
Once I modified my nutrition, my condition improved within 72 hours and accelerated healing after that.
