Hi WS, i really thankful for your dedicated response!
I've spoken to a mouth pathologist specialist and he sad that what was is causing my hyperkeratose is the fact that i'm constantly hiding it by kinda smiling and forcing my lips backwards, if that makes sense. He also recommended a lip balm with UV protection fps 30+. Today is the first day that i'm following his instructions. I hope he is right. He seemed very confident about what he said and that he has patients with EC and that what I have is not this condition, but a hyperkeratose caused by constantly friction between the lips.
