Cut out all the fats and animal products. Clearly there is a reason you are feeling better because of the carbs. You're meant to eat them. Try it for a month and I'm sure you would not go back.
There are numerous studies on pubmed showing that we were starch and grain eaters even back in the Neanderthal era!
I'm not saying someone has to follow 80/10/10 forever. I however will because I think it's the foundation to health. Even if we did eat meat in the past(and I'm sure we did) it was in very minute amounts and rarely. Read up on the China study.
I used to eat meat all day everyday and like I said before my symptoms just got worse and worse. It literally destroyed my digestion. Now with 80/10/10 I am healing it all.
