Unofficially I have TMAU or the classic "fish odor." I've changed my diet many of times and even went vegetarian for 2 years; still the odor remained and sometimes decreased, but remained nonetheless. Everything that I eat eventually comes through my pores the following day:
These 8 things are the worst! I've discovered that I can eat quinoa which some classify it as a grain but it's not. It's been a week and I no longer can smell the fish odor on my skin while eating quinoa, but if I eat meat or cheese the fish odor comes back. :(
