Diet change; again.

Unofficially I have TMAU or the classic "fish odor." I've changed my diet many of times and even went vegetarian for 2 years; still the odor remained and sometimes decreased, but remained nonetheless. Everything that I eat eventually comes through my pores the following day:

1. Hamburgers
2. Fried chicken
3. French fries and potato chips
4. Sodas
5. Coffee
6. Chocolates
7. Pizza
8. Garlic
9. Peanuts

These 8 things are the worst! I've discovered that I can eat quinoa which some classify it as a grain but it's not. It's very low in choline 70.2 mg (uncooked) but either loses choline during the cooking process or has a scant amount if any.http://skipthepie.org/cereal-grains-and-pasta/quinoa-cooked/compared-to/quinoa-uncooked/

It's been a week and I no longer can smell the fish odor on my skin while eating quinoa, but if I eat meat or cheese the fish odor comes back. :(
