Parasitic infection

I recently had a sudden onset of severe stomach pain and cramping accompanied by diarrhea and vomiting with hot spots with no raise in temp chills and excessively tired...also developed bite like marks on arms legs feet hands neck and head...i suspected parasitic infection cause i was around a lot of dirt and also in a part of my yard where waste water from my sewage pipes were pumped into my yard cause sewage pies kept getting backed up into my basement and was making us sick....anyway er doc blew it off and sent mo home with diagnosis of stomach flu...i still remained ill after 10 days n went to a different er ...tbey treated me for parasitic infection with no confirmation of any worm and sent me home....i couldnt hold any type of food down fir almost 2 wks...im gradually increasing my appetite...i want to know for certain what i had...would you be able to tell from pics if i post them Tweet
