Hi Grizz. Thanks for the suggestion. I haven't tried Iodine yet so I will definitely give it a try. Do you happen to know how much I should take internally? Also, would any brand of nascent Iodine work? I usually buy Global Healing Center's products because they are one of the few brands I don't react to.
