Anyone used Chromium for Insulin resistance?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone used Chromium for insulin resistance and what results did you get.

I know insulin resistance has many possible causes: chronic inflammation, low adrenals, bacteria overgrowth but also chromium deficiency.
Besides controlling inflammation and diet for AF did anyone benefit from taking chromium?

Side effects reported online form too much chromium: iron deficiency, hipoglicemia, liver and kidney problems. guess the side effects are dose dependent. (between 500-1000mcg per day for more then one month).

Thanks for feedback
