It's best to work with a practitioner if you do a hair analysis, and they can work with people anywhere in the world. I'm pretty sure my practitioner works with people overseas. You would send your hair sample to him, and he would forward it to ARL. You are welcome to PM me if you want his contact info or to know more about the significant changes I'm seeing.

Without getting into a debate with wired, there are people who switched from TEI to ARL as well. Feo is one of them, and he is making excellent progress with regaining his health. My progress is slower, probably because I'm also dealing with parasites.
