Re: To PB or not to PB...

One worry is that I have never done the salt water bath before. Is it hard to make it to the bathroom on time, even if you are just hanging around the house?>>

I'd say don't be more than a short sprint from the toilet. I'm usually in an ajoining room.

Can you do it later in the day instead of the morning?>>

No. It has to be done in the morning. The idea is to flush out any gunk that has accumulated all day and all night.

Are there any alternatives that are acceptable to this if your schedule doesn't permit?>>

I don't flush every morning. I know I pay a price for this in my detox level, but since it takes about 90 minutes for me to pass my water there's no way I can do it and be to work on time in the morning; I do it saturday and sunday mornings. (I always start on saturday morning.) I get 4 flushes in. It's the trade off I make.

I still have a good, satisfying results.
