Re: Seriphos experience - cycle finish

Thank you for your information regarding Seriphos...didn't know it doesn't directly influence cortisol. Anyway I will continue taking it because it helps me ease off my crazy anxiety. It definitely helps to know mechanic of Seriphos. I think I have dosage figured out.
Regarding your other suggestions I can't do anything (except NAC which I haven't tried because I don't know if glutamate is my problem) sadly... herbs of any kind are off because of one simply reason salicylate/
Histamine Intolerance . I never heard of anybody who has high Cortisol and simultanenously histamine/salicylate intolerace as cortisol is supposed to lover these. Well not for me baby, I guess I'm hybrid. I guess my copper is either low or unavailable. Which should agree as absorption rate of Copper is directly related to Metallothionein which in case of high cortisol go down 6 fold or so, so basically no copper storage. Hence I don't understand why many sources state that cortisol lower histamine/salicylates. Some conflicting informations out there.
Vit.C, B5 is a big no no, vit C probably of lack of Copper? B5 don't know why, I just feel like shit when I take it.
Not sure about Adrenacalm I may try it, but because it's loaded with Salicylates I don't give much of a chance. All topic salycilates give me slight anxiety therefore I'm not using them.
I only tolerate (and I pray for it) Lactium and Seriphos. I'm thinking of trying NAC, but as I already pointed out, not sure if Glutamate is my problem.
Lil bit of background of me. 22 years, all life sports on top level. Breakout came roughly 2 years ago when I started my invidually setup exercise regime consisting of fasting 20-23 hours a day, muay thai 2-3 hours training in a fasted state and 1300-1800 calorie a day. I held this regime for roughly 6 months before breaking out, so I guess this where my HPA malfunction comes from. Moreover I bady poisoned myself with zinc, taking about 100 mg a day for half a year, I was badly anemic, but I have recovered from that. Only thing that has been left and that ruins my life at the moment is Cortisol.
If you have little bit more detailed I would like to hear more, maybe I can dig from it something and hasten recovery a bit?
Benzo detox, must have been brutal man...hope you're alright now at least little bit more? I guess mine is probably walk in a park as oppose to you, at least from what I've heard...
any other suggestions are more than welcome!
