Re: P&B much better than SWF

That’s funny I noticed that they (prostrate90 site) said to drink the P&B’s with the juice but I just ignored it. I had read ptree’s post first and did them on an empty stomach. Other suggestions like starting with just the P until it started to get things moving worked too. All I know is that for some reason I was having trouble retaining salt (swelling in the legs) and no matter how I adjusted the salt I just couldn’t get the flush to work like I got years ago the first time I did the MC. So I felt like I needed to get away from it awhile. After passing 10’s of feet of rope it appears to have been successful physically and emotionally as well. I am great full that the P&B’s are a part of this site. Anyway, the problem I saw with the prostrate90 site was not so much being unknowledgeable as their agenda appeared to push certain products on you. Even as wonderful as Burroughs Master-Cleanse book is there are a couple of claims that are not true as he states that we produce all the protein necessary within our own bodies. From everything I have read we need 21 amino acids, the building blocks for protein, and we produce all but 8 so we need to pick up the other 8 from sources outside ourselves. The other point that he makes about supplements not being necessary may have been closer to true during his day and while we would all agree that they should not be taken during the cleanse it is hard to dispute the evidence that supports the benefits of taking good quality vitamins and certain supplements.
