Thanks Somer. I have been reading about the "Ultimate Fast" at their prostate cure web site and I agree with Pepe that it doesn't sound that well thought out. I do like the effect though. I am going to go back to the standard Master Cleanse "by the book" starting tommorow. I can still enjoy the benifits of P&B after MC. I am going to Master-Cleanse for the entire month of August. I know I can do it. Tonight is going to be fun though. I am going to a dear friends b-day party. Of course it is happening at my favorite Italian restuarant. I will bring a discretly concealed flask of the magic exlir and sip on it through out the evening.
It is funny but I am sure it won't be a problem. Most of the people there know I have done The Master Cleanse before and so won't whine too much about me not eating. Like it will spoil their fun if I stick to my principles. No sweat, I am going to enjoy my self. Tweet
