Re: P&B much better than SWF

Hi Grumpy – I am one of those who preferred the P&B’s as I was having trouble with the SWF. The flush was taking wayyyy toooo long to pass and I was absorbing the salt into my blood. My best SWF’s were when I adjusted the salt to a little over 1tbl instead of 2tsp’s. I researched the P&B’s though this sight and ran into the ultimate fast where they recommend the P&B’s not as a way to eliminate the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) but as a compliment to it. Someone else suggested starting with just the psyllium until things start to move which was a good suggestion. So I did the P for 3-4 days then added the B and did that for 10-12 days and then finally added the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) back in for the last 10 day’s of my cleanse. I have just started to come out of a 40 day cleanse. This really worked well for me not because of the convenience but the effectiveness. I had a fist meal and it eliminated with out any problems. I am posting a link to the ultimate fast. If you do not wish to read the whole article scroll half way down for information on the fast. I also am posting a link to another suggestion from the Bowel Cleanse section that is a good thing to add into your diet.
