Re: Got an inquiring mind here...

Whats the difference between an enema and taking fiber?

Think of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as an oral enema that cleans the GI tract top to bottom and is quick acting requiering little to no physical energy for it to work. I wish I knew the physiological explanation of how it works. I am a loss for words here but just on common sense alone it should be very obvious that it's a totally different thing than the BPs. Maybe someone with the verbage and physiological knowledge will chime in. The BPs have never been a part of the Master-Cleanse

The psyllium is bulk fiber that work very gradually scrubbing the intestines and the Bentonite hightly absorbtive nature leechees out the toxins from to intestines. In quite a few folks the BPs cause constipation because it requires peristalsis to get the poop out. So in other words it requires physical energy for it to work which to me spells that this is energy that would otherwise have been used by the plain Master-Cleanse to do it's intended job of cleansing and healing at the cellular level. The BPs can be done at anytime.

I have done the BPs for several months while eating regular. I adhere to the KISS (keep it simple stupid)principle and more is not better so I frimly believe that the Master-Cleanse should be by itself so it can work it's full magic unimpeaded
