I smell when I don't urinate? Please help

I have noticed that there is something wrong with my bladder. About 30 minutes after I pee I begin to smell. It seems like I need to pee every hour, even though I have no sensation to pee and I usually don't get any sensation even after 8 hours without urination. Before I pee I have a bad smell to me, and after it mostly goes away. Has anyone heard of anything like this before? Does my urine smell horrible or something that people can smell it even when it's in my body? Or is there something else? Anything will help.
