First of all, I wouldn't take the Lufenuron. It can create leaky gut and other imbalances. If you have an overproduction of enzyme inhibitors in your body, then adding more with a product like lufenuron isn't a good idea - http://candidaplan.com/blog/1120/lufenuron/
I don't recommend meds as they suppress the immune system and create rebound anti-fungal resistant infections.
Lymphadenothy can be a side effect of fluconazole. Fluconazole affects the liver, which is a major lymphatic organ.
Hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, stored trauma, fungal candida, possible blood sugar imbalances and low levels of HCL in the stomach are probably present as well. Past trauma can affect lymphatic drainage by its effect on the sympathetic nervous system and lymphatic pumping.
The hormonal imbalances, if present, are probably not a major factor, just a contributing one. Hormonal imbalances can be created by adrenal fatigue and blood sugar imbalances.
Fungal candida can play a role in all of these.
I would follow the Candida Plan - www.candidaplan.com and do a phone consultation.
