please help me with this, answer and what can i do

I had a major low back surgery on May 8th. I had spondylolethesis grade 2 12, spinal stenosis, which ended up causing bad neuropathy in my left leg, sciatica, hip cramps, glue cramps, quad cramps, calf cramps, etc..... it was horrible. Lived with this for almost 2 years. My surgery was very successful. Despite my xrays and MRI not showing the surgeon what he saw when he opened me up. Crushed pelvis and more. I was on the table longer then expected. Got a fusion at my S1-L-5, hardware and 2 bone graphs. I woke up pain free! Everything I suffered before the surgery was gone! BUT! Then the hospital people were so stupid not listening to me about I can't eat sugar, give me intestinal cramping and diarriah. I'm better of gluten free. Dr. wants me on high fiber diet. So they gave me a full meal to eat after sugery with sugar in the sauce and put me on low fiber diet. I suffered GI pain, to the point of I felt I was going to die, for 4 days. Had me push the morphine button. Wouldn't do anything to help me get the "crap" out.
All the aniobiotics I had and drugs flared up my already serious battle with Candida that I've had since age 4. Maybe before when I was 3 months old I had whopping cough and was quarantened. Age 4 is when I got hit by a car and drug under the wheel, killed, back to life, in hospital with body cast, traction, leg cast, therapy, for a year. Broken pelvis, broken left femur. Never to run again, walk with a limp. Ended up being a top athlete, played sports and had a full life till just turning 49, almost 2 years ago.
So! Just giving you all a quick overview to show you how full of candida and parasites I've been all my life. Which I didn't know until I met my boyfriend almost 9 years ago who told me about candida. Showing me the huge amount of symptoms it/they can cause, especially if it goes systemic. Which oh boy it has. Especially when I was well into my disability because of getting a bad adjustment from my chiropractor that put me on the floor for over an hour, sent my spondy into full rage. Thats when the neuropathy set in ... which now I'm almost thinking yah, compression neuropathy turned autonomic... yet studying candida and parasites? Every damn symptom that I began getting on top of all the other ones
I did a cleanse before surgery which (oh by the way, I have been battling athletes foot on my left foot, cracked corners of my mouth, itching ears canals are some of the symptoms that piss me off, ended the athletes foot, cracked corners and itchy canals. Even after surgery I was so stoked! But then about a week post surgery it started coming back. AGAIN!!! Every time I've done a cleanse it goes away... then slowly... comes back. That's when I studied more about Candida/Parasites and learned about SYSTEMIC!
Okay, I don't want to bore you anymore. Now to my question... but let me first tell you this. I know it's because of the drugs and anesthesia that all my symptoms, less the neuropathy stuff were slowly coming back HARD! So my boyfriend started me on my cleanse. It consisted of a parasite tincture of Green Black Walnut Hull, Clove Bud and Wormwood. And the one that I was/have been excited about for the systemic was FLUCONAZOLE WITH LUFENURON. I got flu like symptoms bad, body odor bad, night sweats bad.... and then my battle with EDEMA set in.

I've been battling my EDEMA, which has been horrible since 2 1/2 weeks after my surgery and now it's almost 2 months, on July 8th.
I am okay about not having to worry about blood clot, because I've studied about DVT. The Edema has affected both legs, ankles and feet, more my left then my right. It lasted a couple days then went away. But then it came back about a week after really REALLY BAD. My ankles, feet, behind my knees and up into my thighs had edema. To the point of it hurt to walk. This lasted a couple weeks. I iced and elevated and I studied more an more about edema. I called my surgeon in fear of a clot although I did see that having it in both legs was rarely a case to worry. I never got a return call from my surgeon even after 3 calls from me and the same from my boyfriend. I was thinking that I should be pissed but yet relieved that no call means no worry. ... so I let it go. I know he's swamped with back ups with surgery....

I was happy it had gone until one night it came back! I was doing everything right, just to keep it away. I was back to bed icing and elevating, then two days gone. Went back to doing my thing, (I make bath and body products and I do woodworking) then just two days later, it came back. Now this time I have to say it's the worse. And this time it's not affecting my right foot, only my left. So bad that I was sobbing in pain, couldn't walk AT ALL. I literally can't explain the intense pain I was in. I'm on day three of this last attack. I am able to walk but it hurts, my foot is still swollen, I can feel the fluid in the outside of my ankles, which is creepy and if I don't elevate and ice, sit, hang my leg/foot over the edge of a chair or bed and stand to brush my teeth or anything my foot swells up.

My Questions: Could it be hormonal imbalances? I'm going to be 51... but the surgeon said my anatomoy was so screwed up but he put me back to normal, so could this be it or do you think it's a die off? I've had 4 monthly since my surgery within a month.

Since it's my left leg that's getting the edema really bad, remember my right did to and it would if I didn't get back in bed to ice and elevate, and I'm still taking the Lufenuron becaue it's a 9 week prescription for fungus, I have three weeks to go... which was broken... I had the neuropathy... I'm thinking die off?
I've had digestive problems as long as I can remember. I've had so many of the symptoms that candida and parasites cause.
Please, I'm seriously hoping someone or someone's will give me an answer. I'd be grateful and if you know what I can do, which so much doesn't help, please tell me!
