Need help to cure c‚ndida. I'm new.

Hey there, I have no way of knowing if you have an overgrowth of candida or not. It does often go along with some of the symptoms that you are listing but is not the cause of these problems. The cause of candida and other symptoms is an underlying imbalance in your body (endocrine system, immune system, nervous system), to get your body back into balance, go so an ayurvedic practitioner or a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. Best to get a referral, if your friend knows a good one go with them.

Maca may be helpful, but ashwagandha has some of the same properties and is way more effective. I am not a fan of low-carb diets, they seem to make things worse for most people. Candida is fed by sugars and carbohydrates but can only grow out of control when the immune system is impaired. Better to make smart choices, eat carbs that have a low glycemic index that don't feed the candid to quickly, avoid sugars and processed starches.
