Well, yes, they can and do have disclaimers.

However, A test that does not apply due diligence is likely to be found culpable.

What about false positives in cancer screenings? Or false negatives?

The problem is not that the errors don't happen. The problem is that we too often fail to take action.

I admit that there have been cases in the past where I should have filed a suit. Not to collect money, but to protect others in the future.
