True or False: There is a documented proven cure of EC.

I've searched everywhere and there are dozens of people claiming they have been cured with absolutely zero proof. Then there are others claiming they are cured but continue to use products to keep their lips from cycling. So far I haven't come across a single account where the person has proven via photo they had EC and now they don't have EC.
