Thank you for the tip from Brooks Bradley.
Do I understand correctly that the test you described would give us no indication of the size of the liposomes.
For those who are not familiar with this issue check the quote from Bradley here.

Even if the liposome size of the home made Lipo C is not as good as high quality commercial Lipo C I assume the home made will be better absorbed in the gut than oral vitamin C.
