Any side effects to iodine?

The side effects of caprylic acid aren't that severe, but it does kill bacteria which is why I will take probiotics also. I will try this method first, and hope to god that it works because I can't follow your Iodine protocol in my current situation.

I have also heard that goldenseal + vit. E can cure it. Thoughts? Tweet
