A ketogenic diet is basically a diet here you consume less than 5% carbs a day. 60-65 percent of your calories should come from fat, 30% should come from protein and 5% should come from carbs. You basically eat very little Sugar and no gluten, since you wont be eating bread. If you check forums on bodybuilding website or reddit, youll see that a TON of people have cured skin problems like eczema, psoriasis, seborrhic dermatitis etc.. by going on this diet.
I started it yesterday but i felt itchy all day long and i felt itchy most of the day today as well. idk if thats because my body has gotten so used to gluten and Sugar and the sudden stop in that caused my body to kinda freak out or what. im not sure.
You can get something called a keto rash if you do this diet and i might have been experiencing that.

i might eat really clean the next few days and try starting it again next week and see if the itchiness occurs again.
