He's an MD, and also worked as a parasitologist for the military in Vietnam. He tests three samples of stool using microscopy, which isn't the most reliable method. I know of a few people of which he found Ascaris eggs in their stool. He didn't find the eggs in mine, but confirmed the diagnosis based on the worms themselves. Best of luck to you!
