the first few coffee enemas are extreme because the body is FULL of toxins and debris. right when the enema is performed toxins will continue to be released by the liver so a follow up water enema is need to wash out the remaining toxins for the first few enemas. the side effect go away after a while with regular enemas. without coffee enemas cleansing my blood stream i would be a walking zombie.
