Do you know if the kidney cleanse using cilantro (coriander) is the same as parsley? too many confusing information on the websites as some say parsley and some cilantro which is 2 entirely different herbs.
Some even says flat leaf parsley is better than curly leaf parsley too but since you've tried, would believe you.
Also, how's the lychee seed water doing?
