Overcoming Sores on Hands, Feet, and Ankles
I used to be plagued by infections on my ankle. However, about ten years ago, it occurred to me to pound my foot in order to stimulate my body to deal with a new sore on my ankle that was infected and worsening.
Before trying alternative treatment, infections were painful and took weeks to months to heal. In the past I went to the doctor for
Antibiotics and bandages, but I haven't had to do that expensive and time-consuming way anymore.
My long story short, now I use my hands (often as fists) to do vibration therapy, and it even works on the hands themselves.
Some sores that it worked on include, paper cuts, hand blister between thumb and forefinger, minor knife cuts on fingers, ankle scrapes, ankle scratches, and a sore toe callous. I most likely have forgotten some.
Ask and I will try to think of what you can try. There may be a way to do pounding near the sore that truly can work wonders. An improvement can even be quite immediate, as it often has been for me.
