Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate

Just to clear the message.

Epsom Salt is magnesium sulfate.

You can also use magnesium chloride or magnesium citrate instead of magnesium sulfate.

In USA, magnesium sulfate (Epsom Salt) is available in:
- every pharmacy
- Walmart
- Food Lion
- Other grocery stores.

It is often sold as soak aid.

In the rest of the world, you can look for it in:

- pharmacy
- grocery store
- place that sells fertilizers for farmers, often sold in 50lb (25 kg) bags, but very cheap, less then $50 per bag.

Magnesium sulfate and Magnesium chloride can also be used as bath salt.

Read more about it on the Magnesium forum.

You can learn more about olive oil here: //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/oliveoil.asp

You can also skip Magnesium if you take an enema before and after the flush.

To gain the courage to flush, you can drink every day a mix of 1/2 cup freshly pressed grapefruit juce with 2, or 3 or 5 tbsp of Olive Oil.

Any other oil can also be used for liver flushing, but I think Olive-Oil is the best for the majority.

So, start drinking oilive oil today. Keep increasing the amount by 1 tbsp every day.
