Over the past 3 years we have adjusted the pulsing to 2 weeks on and 6 weeks off. The extension of the off time allows the body time to rebuild. During the off time diet designed to rebuild the body and the goal is to give the body everything it needs to be healthy on its own.
Damage is damage... Oxidative stress seems to be more transient which makes it somewhat reversible. Also the damage from oxidative stress comes over a longer period of time. The body seems to recover well from short term oxidation blasts.
