The problem is getting the diagnosis. Hard to get the stool test positive and although the cdc says it is not a prerequisite to have a high eosinophils test I can't seem to get into an Infectiouse Disease doctor.
They want positive tests or they say negative is negative.
Perhaps this doctor high in the operation wants to set an example to other doctors not to give medications without positive tests. Even people who bring in jars with parasites are not getting treated. It is a mystery to me why doctors do not go after a dangerous parasite like strongyloides.
