it is quite easy to make the device yourself.you can use transformers/coils from ebay or from cheap door/windowalarms driven by a 555 frequency module also from ebay.

inductions coils are just coils of wire.a coil near a coil near a another coil or another conductive surface will induce currents in it.here is what they look like:-
